The Moscow Mule is a very popular drink lately, so why not put a holiday twist on it? This week's Spec's Beverage of the Week is a Christmas Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
3-4 rosemary needles
small pinch of fresh thyme
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 ounces Vodka
2 ounces Cranberry Juice
4 ounces Ginger Beer
cranberries for garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle together herbs and sugar. Top with vodka and cranberry juice and shake with ice.
Strain into a copper cocktail mug and fill with ice and ginger beer. Garnish with cranberries.
