There's supposed to be a cool front coming through Houston this weekend, so this week's Spec's Beverage of the Week is a Winter Wonderland.
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 ounce Malibu Rum
3/4 ounce Blue Curacao
2.5 ounce Pineapple Juice
Shaved coconut to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Pour all ingredients to measure in a mixing glass with ice. Cap with a tin and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top the drink off with a pinch of coconut shavings.
